On the hills of Maremma, at the heart of the exclusive golf course, The Pelagone, ten new villas - with energy classification Class A - were built.

With respect to regulations, Porotherm blocks were used for the buildings, to which was then applied an acoustic calcium silicate coating. Glass panels were added to completely eliminate thermal bridges adjacent to the openings of windows and doors. The roof is constructed with chestnut wood joists and terracotta hollow tiles and pantiles, to which a thermal insulation package was applied. The package consists of three layers of wood fiber panels covered with roof tiles, in line with the local style. All the interior details were carefully selected, enhanced with the use of old terracotta flooring and painting tone on tone.

The choice of the details and the quality of the work gave the buildings prestige and the highest level of comfort.
