Founded in 1974, the Capannelle Gaiola winery in Chianti (Siena) initiated the project for the construction of a new underground cellar in 2001.

Edilizia Interna did all the work in accordance with the technological, hygienic and functional requirements of the project. In addition to the wine cellar, a warehouse / office was made, which is used as a tool shed and a reception area for customers and tourists.
